Small groceries were available for purchase (cash box deposit) and excellent pizzas in the freezer to warm up in the well-equipped central kitchens. Everything was clean, working, and well maintained. We had a great time skiing from this location. 」

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to misleading information, poor communication, and questionable hospitality. The listing on Hotels.com advertised a "triple room" with an image showing a single bed alongside a double bed. Assuming it was suitable for three people—my husband, my brother, and myself—I proceeded with the booking. However, the confirmation email indicated the booking was for two...

「Schönes Hotel mit Wellnessbereich in einem separaten Gebäude. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unser Familienzimmer war leider zur Vorderseite ausgerichtet. Schöner Ausblick, aber aufgrund der Bar gegenüber leider etwas laut bis spät in die Nacht. Das soll den Eindruck aber nicht trüben, uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Im Winter sollte man Schneeketten dabei haben, da das Hotel an einem doch recht steilem Berg liegt.」

「Der Wellnessbereich muss vor Nutzung reserviert werden und separat gezahlt, der angepriesene Whirlpool löst nochmal zusätzliche Gebühren aus. Das Abendessen besteht fast ausschließlich aus fleischhaltigen Gerichten, so dass es für Vegetarier nicht zu empfehlen ist. Der Balkon an den Zimmern ist ca. 1qm groß, so dass man sich nicht zu zweit aufhalten kann.
