  • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.

Good location, comfortable stay

Overall was fine. + The room was huge and bed was comfortable. Bathroom nice and modern and I found it easy to sleep. Helpful to have secure ski lockers on site that you could use and location is perfect in the centre of town about a 15 min walk to one of the ski lifts and close to taxis for lifts a bit further away. - The “double” is two singles pushed together. There are no lifts in this hotel and no one to help carry heavy suitcases up stairs. Parking is close by but I wasn’t given any help when I asked to get a lot of snow snow off my hire car, other hotels had shovels and brooms to help guests in heavy snowfall.

Mitarbeiter nicht gerade freundlich, wird nicht zurück gegrüßt oder an einen vorbeigelaufen. Zimmer top, bloß staubig, über die Zimmerreinigung können wir nichts dazu sagen, in der 3 Etage wurden die Zimmer erst ab 12 Uhr und später gereinigt. Da wir mit Kleinkind dort waren, hat unser Kind zu dieser Zeit im Bett geschlafen, sehr sehr schade!!! Boden in der 1 Etage knarrt fürchterlich, ist bestimmt für die Gäste sehr unangenehm. Wir hatten ein Zimmer Richtung Hauptstraße, der Verkehr war nicht laut, was uns sehr gestört hat, dass das Bistro was zum Hotel gehört, ab Mittag bis 22 Uhr und am Freitag bis in die Nacht, laut stark Musik an hat, Zimmer zum Innenhof eher zu empfehlen!!! Denkt daran kein Fahrstuhl!!! Ansonsten modern eingerichtet, Busse und andere Aktivitäten zu Fuß erreichen. Frühstück für Veganer oder Vegetarier sehr schlecht. Brötchen wenn noch welche da waren (wurden nicht nachgefüllt) waren immer trocken. Obst, Gemüse, Wurst, Käse, Säfte, Kaffee, Gebäck, Eier, Cornflakes, Joghurt war alles in kleiner Auswahl vertreten.

Rigtigt godt sted. Lidt problemer med varmen på badeværelset, der ikke kunne slukkes eller reguleres, så der altid var ulideligt varmt på badeværelset. Ellers rigtigt godt værelse og god beliggenhed. God morgenmad. Kommer gerne igen.

Godt hotel med god placering.

Rigtig fint hotel med gode senge og fin placering. Serviceniveauet er helt fint, fx fik vi lov til at tjekke ind 4 timer før normal indtjekning. Men specielt en receptionist gjorde det klart hver gang, at man var til besvær med masser af sukken og kropssprog, hvilket helt klart har gjort den samlede oplevelse ringere end den nok var i virkeligheden.

Lokalizacja super, reszta wymaga poprawy

Hotel był akurat remontowany więc było trochę głośno. Lokalizacja super, dobre śniadanie. Wielkość pokoju przeciętna, ani na plus ani na minus. Łazienka duża. Rolety niedokładnie się domykają przez co rano wpada słońce. Obsługa recepcji wymaga dodatkowego szkolenia ale już przy śniadaniu było super. Plusem jest parking wliczony w cenę ale niestety jest on po drugiej stronie ulicy i na świeżym powietrzu. Wielkim minusem jest brak windy.

Polecam bo sam chetnie tam wrócę !!!

Bardzo fajny swieżo wyremontowany Hotel. Obsługa recepcji bardzo sympatyczna. Mile witani zostalismy na sniadaniu przez dyrektora obiektu ktory jest miłym gościem. Śniadanie bardzo dobre w formie stołu szwedzkiego a do tego menu dodatkowe które można sobie domówić na swieżo przygotowane. Po raz pierwszy tam spałem gdyż w innych latach był to tylko słaby Hostel. Teraz mogę szczerze polecić jako bardzo dobry Hotel których w Szpindlerovym Młynie jest mało !!!

Eigentlich eine sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Unterkunft... Das Hotel hatte gerade neu eröffnet, sehr schöne Zimmer, alles nagelneu. Allerdings gab es dennoch einige Punkte, die uns gestört haben. Wasserdruck und -temperatur schwankten ständig (3. OG), hätte man bei der Sanierung des Hauses vernünftig planen können. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Reinigung aber völlig unkoordiniert. Obwohl das Reinigungspersonal schon am Morgen vor Ort war, klopfte es erst am späten Nachmittag/frühen Abend an der Zimmertür, trotz „Nicht-stören-Schild“. Was uns aber so richtig aufgestoßen ist, war, dass man uns beim Auschecken die auf dem Zimmer verbrauchten Teebeutel berechnet hat. Sorry, hier geht es nicht ums Geld, das gehört zum Service. So haben wir dieses eigentlich sehr schöne Hotel mit einem negativen Gefühl verlassen. Schade!
