The rooms are very clean (!!!) and that's it about the hotel.
Breakfast - poor selection of verity and quantity,
wifi - very poor access.
and finally, I was charged twice, a mistake that can happen - but the host is refusing the refund and sending me to take it with hotels.com.

"I stayed with my children and we really enjoyed the food and the service in the restaurant/bar was great. My boys liked the playroom for kids and table tennis upstairs. Ski storage was big enough to dry our jackets too. The only negative was the size of our room and no TV.

"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Sauna area as well as the whole aquapark is closed after 8pm so this might be a disadvantage for adults wishing to use sauna in the evening.
It's ok for a short trip like 3-4 days but I would not recommend this hotel for a longer stay."
