Nice place, but very loud. Might get very crowded with extremely noisy families. The breakfast was not hygienic, and food on offer was touched by multiple children.

The hotel is very nice - the facilities are new and very well maintained, rich and varied breakfast. Excellent facilities - sauna, swimming pool, spa. The **** designation is well deserved. Negatives - poor accommodation in building 5. Poorly furnished apartment, cold in the room - lukewarm radiators, cold floor with no possibility to warm up. The main problem of the stay - the announced lobby bar was permanently closed. Restaurant closed at 10 p.m. and so after 10 p.m. the whole hotel was dead.

Große Zimmer, sauber und komfortabel, Wellnessbereich mit Pool im Zentrum der Anlage. Sehr gutes Frühstück, freundlicher Empfang, aber leider war unser Zimmer zur Straße ausgerichtet und es wurde erst gegen Mitternacht ruhig.

Lovely property perfect location and great food. The only fault I would say is the sofa bed not suitable for sleeping and the mattresses on the bed are so hard I was struggling to sleep.but overall perfect stay.

Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen, wir kommen mindestens einmal im Jahr. Eine Anmerkung: Die Zimmer sollten wirklich jeden Tag gereinigt werden. Personal ist immer sehr freundlich Das Frühstück lässt ein wenig nach aber ansonsten sehr gut

It’s a convenient complex of 6 buildings including a spa and reception building connected through corridors which means you don’t have to go out when moving between buildings . Rooms are spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, tea bags etc. And a kettle. Bathrobes are included and it’s a norm that people are wearing these when going to a swimming pool or spa. My only observation on a room is that it doesn’t have enough drying racks - there were 4 of us snowboarding/ skiing plus using spa/ swimming pool so we had a lot of kit to dry as you can imagine and not enough space to dry the kit. It has a small swimming pool that is mostly occupied by kids. The hotel is kids friendly so have this in mind when booking. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is abundant In various foods from sweet to savoury. The hotel is a close proximity to the Main Street of shops and restaurants and similarly to ski slopes - it took me 35 mins to walk to Ski Arena Karpacz. I would definitely recommend it and go back. Enjoy your stay!

Wir waren in der Nebensaison als Familie im Hotel. Das Hotel ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr sehr lecker und man hat beim Frühstück als auch a la carte ein tolle Auswahl. Der Spa Bereich hatte für uns eine ausreichende Größe und wir konnten auch im Pool mit ausreichend Platz planschen. Im Zimmer hatten wir zwei kleine Defekte, die Beleuchtung Badspiegel sowie der Badlüfter. Das uns gestellte Babybett war lädiert aber wir konnten es dennoch nutzen. Für uns der größte Minuspunkt, war der „tägliche Reinigungsservice“, denn hier wurden gefühlt nur die Handtücher getauscht. Gerade mit Kleinkind und dann auch noch in der Nass-kalten Saison, ist das Saugen der Zimmer für uns ein tägliches Muss. Das war tatsächlich das einzige Ärgernis. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Neues komfortables Hotel in schöner, ruhiger Lage. Sauna, Innen- und Außenpool sehr ansprechend. Ein großer, kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Hotel. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch das à la carte Abendessen im Restaurant Gusto ist hervorragend. Das Personal spricht Englisch und ist sehr aufmerksam.

Rezeption: So gut wie niemand grüßt einen, wenn man vorbeigeht. Wenn dann durch die Aussagen (englisch) noch klar wird, dass man kein polnisch spricht, die Person gegenüber aber dennoch dauerhaft polnisch spricht, finde ich das sehr unsympathisch und ignorant. Zimmer: Die Bilder sind super gemacht. Die Wahrheit sieht leider anders aus. Bademantel, etliche Handtücher (super), aber leider nur einen Haken im Bad. Unpraktisch. Ansonsten einfach sehr laut durch den Straßenverkehr und das Restaurant. Lärm beginnt 6:30 Uhr und endet etwa 0 Uhr. Wellness: Tolle Bilder. Der Innenpool ist aber super klein und schwimmen einfach kaum möglich. Sobald dort 3 Leute einfach drin sind und quatschen, aber nicht schwimmen, ist es viel zu klein. Leider haben sich auch die wenigstens an die Wellness Regeln gehalten. Restaurant Gusto: Wenn man mal so richtig laut und unentspannt essen möchte, ist man hier richtig. Egal ob morgens oder abends, es ist super unangenehm. Hinzukommt noch die Unfreundlichkeit des Personals. Wir hatten uns unfassbar auf den Urlaub gefreut und wurden arg enttäuscht. Leider werden wir nicht wiederkommen.

Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch gelegen, die Zimmer sind geräumig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Lediglich der Service konnte nicht überzeugen. Wir hatten eine Suite für vier Personen gebucht. Leider waren nur zwei Betten hergerichtet. Für die anderen beiden lag das Bettzeug bereit. Auch Geschirr war nur für zwei Personen vorgesehenen. Auf Nachfrage sagte riet man uns, die fehlenden Gläser etc einfach beim.Frühstück mitzunehmen...natürlich kann ich mir mein Bett selbst ausklappen und beziehen und auch Gläser holen gehen. Das entspricht dann nur nicht mehr meiner Vorstellung von gutem Service. Das Hotel scheint eher auf polnische Gäste ausgerichtet zu sein.. Die Rezeptionistinnen sprachen etwas Englisch, die Bedienungen im Restaurant eher weniger. Das sehe ich nicht als Manko..Man sollte es nur wissen.
