"Die Lage ist super, allerdings sind die 4 Sterne nicht gerechtfertigt.
Sämtliche Türen quietschen, sodass man die Zimmernachbarn hört. Des Weiteren ist das Hotel recht hellhörig. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts (1 Woche) wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt inkl. des Badezimmers. Im Bad sammelte sich der Staub und der Schimmel (an der Decke und in der Dusche). Man hört die ganze Zeit in regelmäßigen Abständen ein Brummen, was für einen gesunden Schlaf nicht gerade förderlich ist. Der Wellness...

"The hotel is great, perfect service, food and facilities. The room seems a bit small but it’s functional and clean. I recommend it for a relaxing stay. The rooms are well isolated, we had neighbors but did not hear them much. The hotel is kids and dogs friendly.
The spa is nice, but a bit crowded with children. We were surprised that although there is a sign that children below 12 should not enter, there were plenty of very little kids, also in the pool. Also, keep in mind this is not a ski...
