「Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....
「Air conditioning was broken, cheap fan in the room, eventually moved us to another room, not really acceptable for nearly £200. Property is pretty run down.」

The food was excellent quality, the rooms were super clean, its easy to get into oxford from there and the above all else the staff went above and beyond.

「What a peaceful place to stay during our time in the Oxford area! We really enjoyed the countryside views and early morning visits from the deer and rabbits. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Please note that you will need to drive by car between the farm and Oxford city center. The location can be confusing for taxi drivers.」
「Very convenient place for visit Oxford city. Many cafes around the hotel for breakfast. Even opposite side of Radcliffe camera a room has nice view of Merton college church.」
「We chose to stay here as they offer some ground floor rooms and we like the fact that they open directly to the outside. We were made to feel most welcome. The room was comfortable and of a reasonable size. We enjoyed the curry and the breakfast was good too.」
