"The property itself is nice. Front desk person needs more training and more professionalism. Bathroom was not cleaned well. Overall okay, not bad, not wonderful."

"Areas that could improve: Need to replace bedside lamps with ones that have electric outlets and/or usb ports. We had to unplug the alarm clock and the Keurig to access electrical outlets by the bed (for phone charging, etc). Breakfast is adequate, but taco type reheated omelettes filled with a slice of cheese (and no option of no cheese) wasn’t that great. Thry did have sausage and bacon, etc. The positive things were the staff, especially the front desk clerk. Personable and helpful. Parking: we were always able to park right up front. Location!!!! Right off the highway. Ten minutes from Red Rocks. Five minutes from Walmart. Two strip shipping areas right across the street (walking distance) that had numerous food options. Sushi, Thai, Indian, pizza, brew pub, McDonald’s, Sonic, etc. There was also a grocery store in the shopping center. We would stay at this hotel again."

"The room was good, comfortable bed, good kitchen amenities, bathroom, good size. The only problem was that the elevator was not working. They put me on the 3rd floor ( there was no availability on a lower floor.) I have arthritis in both knees so climbing stairs is not easy. I asked for a compensation through expedia but when expedia contacted the property they denied any compensation for the inconvenience. I felt that was wrong. If i knew the elevator was not working i may have changed hotels ahead of time. Of course they are working on the elevator as I am checking out. But i honestly do not know how long it has been out for."

"If you are truly looking for a unique and delightful experience, consider staying here. Put down your expectations and open up to art, beauty and a sweet outdoor space. We were fully charmed. And the location is simply impossible to beat. Hiking. Red Rocks Amphitheater and Morrison are right here."
