「Very accommodating staff」

「Fabulous room, large, warm room (during a cold snap - hate entering a freezing hotel room), beautifully decorated, really friendly helpful staff, great breakfast, won't be staying anywhere else!」

「Check in was easy and we were made to feel welcome. We didnt have breakfast as we had other plans. Gentlemen on reception was very helpful and knowledgeable about tge area we were going walking in」

「Plenty of parking next to hotel room. In my case I could see my motorcycle from the hotel window. Large well appointed clean room with excellent en suite. Lovely views over surrounding hills. Cozy pub with real fire. Good full English breakfast and friendly staff. All good thanks and would stay again. 」

「Lovely comfy bed and quality bedding. Good thick curtains to keep out the light. Can control own radiator so not too hot or cold and generous tea/coffee facilities in room. Would stay again, thanks Alice. 」

「Stephen and Lynne were most helpful when we found our car had a flat, filling the tire and directing us to a nearby repair shop. Breakfast was excellent and featured a nice selection. Service from the staff was excellent. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings as well and easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee, bakery and ice cream treats! 」

「Very clean, all the staff were friendly even though it was very busy in the build up to new year. We ate at the restaurant and the food was great. Chose it mainly cos it was dog friendly but would certainty go back without the dogs, is a short walk into Ripon centre and there looked to be lots of nice bars and restaurants. 」

「Runa farm was excellent the cottage was amazing we had a lovely Xmas dinner with all our family I added an extra basic room before checkin , which was upgraded to a room right next to the cottage with Jacuzzi. Was a very nice treat from runa farm which made our stay even better will be booking next year definitely 」
