「This is a lovely quaint, quiet country inn/accomodation, which is on its way to be something special. The welcome, cust service and food were top notch. 「We were walking The Dales Way and arrived on a very wet Sunday afternoon. The staff at the pub were extremely welcoming and reserved us a table for dinner. The shepherds hut was lovely and cosy (underfloor heating), exactly what we needed after a long wet walk! The breakfast hamper was very welcome too.」

「Stephen and Lynne were most helpful when we found our car had a flat, filling the tire and directing us to a nearby repair shop. Breakfast was excellent and featured a nice selection. Service from the staff was excellent. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings as well and easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee, bakery and ice cream treats! 」

Chose it mainly cos it was dog friendly but would certainty go back without the dogs, is a short walk into Ripon centre and there looked to be lots of nice bars and restaurants. 」
