「Room was clean and staff is friendly. The good stops there unfortunately. The wifi and cable constantly went out the whole time I was there. I had Do Not Disturb on my door but had people knocking on my door early every morning waking me up. The fridge in my room wasnt working because they didnt have a electrical plug in nearby. And had a hard time getting water right temp in the shower because the handle was stripped, and the tub was in horrible shape itself. Air in the hallways was broke so...

「Because of the graduation at VT their prices were inflated (all hotels & motels were) but it was the cheapest I could find. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The place is older and could use some renovating. Overall a good place to stay, nice friendly staff.」

「front desk - at check in - was abrubt to customer in front of me - not helpful to them--and even muttered "you can stay somewhere else" - minstead of trying to solve their issue, she was defensive and didnt bother to try to call someone who maybe could help them - their issue coulld have been solved - i wont stay here again because of that」

「Check-in was relatively easy and un-complicated, even though we arrived after hours. The property manager, Marilyn, was friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. There wasn't really any information in the room about what was available nearby or even the fact that there is an ice machine on site and no ice bucket is provided, so we went our whole stay without ice because we didn't know. The kitchen supplies are barely adequate for one, much less two. There were two of each thing, but...
