「Elevator didn’t work, we were put on second floor with our puppy and had to walk him up and down the stairs every time we went out. We paid extra for a balcony, but were never told it was shared by neighboring rooms, so our sliding door was accessible by all other rooms, not very private! Very old, run down room, with stained carpet and uncomfortable mattresses. And they didn’t give us any towels, only bath mats and wash cloths. When we asked for 4 towels, for our 4 family members, they acted...

「Clean, pool, fitness center and breakfast were good. Room had a very awkward layout with loud spring bathroom door at foot of beds and was tinted, when family member went to bathroom in night it was noisy and bright in the room!」

「Was travelling on Blue Ridge Parkway and spent the day hiking in the Rock Castle Gorge. Floyd is closest town to the Gorge. Hotel Floyd is amazingly modern and clean hotel in a very small and charming hamlet of VA.」
