「Parking close to room, affordable price」

「The hotel was useful for a quick overnight stay. The staff was very willing to work out our accommodations.」

「I was traveling with my daughter and was in need of accommodations close to W&L. This charming motel was exactly what we needed, unfortunately our flight was delayed and we did not get a chance to explore all that was offered. The motel staff was very helpful given our late arrival due to flight complications. I required assistance getting to the airport and found the front desk staff very helpful in facilitating a car service last minute.」

「Overall good experience.」

「Wonderful stay. Beautiful property」

「The staff were very helpful and nice. The lady who set up breakfast went out of her way for us. We were showing horses at the horse park and she gave us breakfast early as we had to get to the horses. Thanks!! And the breakfast was hot and good. We will stay here when in Lexington VA horse shows.」

「Room smelled like something died. Appeared clean and the workers were very nice. Breakfast was delicious.」

「There was extremely limited water pressure in the shower at peak times. So low it would just dribble out and I had to wait to finish showering.」

「Great made to order breakfast. Lovely large room with poster bed」

「Very nice」

「Great little cabin with beautiful countryside and only a short distance from Lexington and VMI! Easy check-in. Great space indoors and out. Kitchen was nice and had all the amenities we needed.」

「Number of areas to relax. Breakfast was a delicious soufle. So restful’」

「The room was fine for what it is—a convenient stay for a couple of nights with no expectation of anything fancy. The hairdryer didn’t work great and, awkwardly, the fridge, microwave, sink, toilet, and tub are all in the bathroom making it a challenge to do anything while it is in use for bathroom activity. There was no soft lighting. There were a few stinkbugs in the room but they kept to themselves. It was affordable, easy to get to, close to town, clean, and a quick walk from coffee and fast...

「The mattress needs replaced. I think it is original from the 80s and hard as a rock. The sheets and blankets were too short. We could either cover our feet or our shoulders but not both. The tub was very slick. The help was superior!」
