「Cozy little place for sure. We needed place close to City of Rocks.had everything we needed. Couple of suggestions for the host and guests. A little trash can for the portopotty. One of the bed is on the loft..ladder to get to it is tricky to get down. Unlees you're 6ft tall and strong enough to left over head, let the host know you be using. Otherwise you'd have message the host. Response was quick for us but things come up sometimes. Overall, happy and will stay again. 」

「While I would love to give this a 5 star review, I cannot. The check in process was perfect. It was just my husband and I and we had a fantastic time. The only downside was the AC unit. The big one was broken and all that there was to cool off the home was a small window AC unit and 2 box fans. 「When we arrived, the unit we had reserved had not been cleaned. We called the offsite (no onsite personnel) number. The person tried putting us in the unit next door. It also hadn't been cleaned. He then tried a third unit which had been cleaned. We chose to stay there. We were comped a dinner at the onsite steakhouse for the hassle. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful, but having no onsite personnel is an issue. It is a very remote area so getting help is probably an issue.」

「The place was clean and really well stocked. Kelly lives on the premises and was immediately responsive to any and all questions. The river view is peaceful but Middlefork Rd is right there so might be traffic noise on weekends. We had minimal traffic on our days. We didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit.」
