「My room was on the 3rd floor I had Luke warm water-not hot in both the shower and sink. I tried to use the room phone to notify the front desk but the land line did not work after numerous attempts. I called the front desk at 4:30pm from my cell phone and notified the staff of my water and phone issues. Was told that maintenance would be notified about the luke warm water however it would not be addressed until 7:00 to 8:00pm because the maintenance man was at another property. I did have hot...
