Not a bad place, but the Wood River Inn just next store is better. This place has a conference room though, so that is why I stayed there. They never serviced the room in the time I was there, but the rest of the facility looked clean and well maintained.

Everything was fine. Liked the 12pm check out. We had mileage credits otherwise the rates are too high in our opinion. We live 12 miles away so this was a staycation. Downtown Hailey was dead after 930 on a Saturday night.

Spending time with my Mom

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room my Mom and I shared was very clean and comfortable. I received my receipt this afternoon, after being checked out most of the day, and I realized I was charged about $25 more than my receipt stated. Hmmm? Other than that, everything was lovely!

The wonderful young lady at the front desk on 9-12-23 (late afternoon - evening) was so nice and helpful. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was courteous, helpful, friendly and everything a company would want in an employee and representative. My wife and I were in town for business. We were so impressed with her. Best place to stay in all of the valley.

We have stayed here the last few times we have visited Hailey and find it to be much better than any other hotel in the valley. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are new and clean, the hotel is quiet, breakfast is extensive and great, climate control in the room is excellent, the location of the hotel is perfect. Check in was quick and smooth and the staff are so kind and helpful. The room is always cleaned extremely well when serviced and the rate per night is affordable. There's plenty of parking and it is easy and close access to the hotel. The hotel is located within walking distance of several grocery stores as well as McDonalds and a convenient store. They also have a lil store inside the hotel which was convenient for us on numerous occasions. After a long day we were able to grab a snack and some refreshments right from the lobby. We haven't used the pool or gym but they both are clean and look very inviting. There's literally nothing I can say that's negative. We've stayed here before and this will be our go-to hotel for as long as we visit the valley. It is, without question, the best option if you're staying in the wood river valley.
