「This hotel had a lot of bang for the buck! It was one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in - absolutely spotless. The front desk was welcoming and quick. The beds were comfy. The pool, hot tub and sauna were all in good working order. And the breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. The potatoes and veggie eggs were almost as good as home cooked. We were just stopping here on our way to the coast, but I really enjoyed my one night and would 100% return.」

「I always stay here when I come through Mountain Home twice a year. Their breakfast is excellent, beds are comfortable, everything is clean. Most of the rooms have carpet, which is a personal preference of mine, but one of the rooms I got once had bare floor. Bathroom and showers are nice, lots of hot water.」

「The lady that was running the waffles in the breakfast time was amazing. She was very friendly. She was very efficient. She was very clean. I really enjoyed her smile and her hospitality. The receptionist when I checked in and when I checked out was very lovely she had great communication skills. Very awesome stuff all the housekeeping was very nice and I really enjoyed the pool area.」

「From the moment I checked in, there was zero hospitality. No smiles, no welcome- nothing. I arrived early and was told my room wasn’t ready which is understandable so my husband and I spent the day at the lake and arrived an hour after checkin time. The room had small dead bugs around the sink and we had to start swatting flies and mosquitoes as we were unpacking. I messaged the hotel to let them know and ask for bug spray. I was informed that they didn’t have any. They directed me to go...

「It was a good stay. The decor looks old but that’s the only problem we saw. My adult kids were impressed by the vending machine options! The breakfast was good, although eggs are powdered, meh, but they have the waffle machine plus oatmeal, yogurt, etc.」

「the room badly smelled like urine, the headboard looked like it has never been washed. The bedspread had stains and the pillows were lumpy. I don't believe the floor had been vacuumed because I cut my foot on a sharp piece of plastic after taking my shoes off at the door. Not a place I'd use again. The only plus was that it was close to the airport and we had to be there early」
