「The neighborhood is a very quiet suburban one. Definitely no parties and such when we were there, even on the weekend.The hosts live right above, but you would never know, since they are not intrusive at all, matter of fact we never saw them or their family the entire time. 「We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. 「静かで治安の良い住宅街の一軒家にある部屋で、清潔感があり広々していながら、自分の家のように過ごせました。朝食が出ませんでした。他のサイトを見ると、オーダー形式と書いてあったので、朝食が必要な人は事前に伝えた方がいいと思います。(エクスペディアの表示が分かりづらいと思いました)公共機関は徒歩で近くにバス停がありますが空港まで出ているかわかりません。駅からの場合は徒歩では遠いですが、オーナーがUBER(配車サービス)で送迎可能です。今回は自分の予約ミスにかかわらず、(エクスペディアを見ると、今晩予約可能と書いてあったはずですが…？？次の日になっていたようです)夜中に柔軟な対応をしてくれたオーナーに感謝します(本来はチェックイン23:30まで)」

"良い点はロケーションは少し暗い感じもありますがワンブロックでメインのショッピングストリートに出られます。チェックインチェックアウトも早く部屋も清潔です。悪い点はタオルが古くゴワゴワします。フィットネスセンターはランニング、バイク貼ってるから揃っていますが、ウェイトは全く物足りずスペースも狭く残念です。ロビーや廊下のフレグランスの匂いが少しきついと思いました。部屋にあるエビアンが7ドルと書いてあって飲んでいないのに領収書についていたので訂正をメールで頼んだが返答がありません。"

"アメリカのホテルとしては平均的で、及第点といった印象。全体的には清潔で、モーテルや安めのホテルによくある匂いなども強くはない(少しはします)。ただ、バスタブの排水効率が悪かった。シャワーを浴びていると徐々に足元に温くなったお湯が溜まり始めるので、ゆっくり浴びていると足元だけ何となく洗えていないような感覚になる。その他は大きな欠点もない。デスクのライトが点かなかったので不具合だろうが、いちいち交換してもらうのも面倒だったので放置した。スタッフに対応してもらう場面は少なかったが、人によっては非ネイティブに対しての対応に温度差があるような感じも少しあったが、露骨では無かった。シャトルは利用しなかったが、稼働はしているようだ。立地としても付近にファストフード、ウォルマートや24hのセブンイレブンなどもあるため遅い時間の到着や連泊でも耐えられる。ただし公共交通機関は貧弱なため、ダウンタウンまでは1時間ほどかかる点は要注意。治安に関してはダウンタウンに比べると良いと思う。多少ホームレスの方々なども見受けられるが、危ないと感じるほどではない。全体的には至極落ち着いた地域だと思う。ただし22時ごろにウォルマートに寄った帰りに、駐車場でいわゆる「販売人」に軽く声はかけられたのでやはりそこはアメリカだという点は留意してほしい。総じてモーテルよりと比べると良い。ダウンタウンに滞在すると費用面でも高くなるため、仕事などでこのエリアに滞在する場合は第一選択肢と考えて良いと思う。少し費用面でかかっても良いから、ハズレたくない、不快な思いをしたくないという方にはおすすめです。"
