「This motel was absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed. We got there and had to go to another motel to check in because there was not a person there EVER! 1 room had the window wide open. About 5 other rooms were disheveled and had the lights left on. The hotel is in terrible disrepair. Our room was relatively clean but the shower didn’t work well and the window would not shut because it had a portable air conditioner hose sticking out. The air conditioner didn’t even cool the room. 「We loved our stay at the Ouray Inn!! it was a great location, easy to walk to downtown beautiful views a great deck near our room where we could have the complementary wine they had at happy hour. I believe the only negative was the bedding seemed to be a bit old and needed some updating. Other than that, it was a great stay!! would definitely recommend!」
