「Terrible experience. I chose not to stay at the property after entering the unit and finding it had not been cleaned. Dirt on the floors, bathrooms not cleaned, dirt on the sheets, garbage on the floor in both bedrooms. Disrespectful owner. There are far better properties to book in Birmingham. Truly disappointing. 」

「The apartment was not clean. Even after I sent pictures he did not believe me. The place didn’t even have toilet paper! Since we were stuck and had no choice we cleaned the bathroom, stripped the bed and washed the sheets and ran the vacuum. Told owner and he said he had pics from the cleaner that were dated stamped after she cleaned. My pictures were date stamped as well. So he sent her back to “clean”. 「The place was pretty clean, however the Keurig did not look clean at all so I could not use it and also there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. My check in was delayed by a couple hours because I couldn't get a hold of the host and when I did, they mentioned that they prefer to call instead of text which is fine but I wish I knew beforehand. 「The stay was very disappointing. The tub was dirty with hair in it, and the bathroom sink also had hair stuck in the stopper. The carpet and furniture had stains, and I even found an old spill under the couch that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The hot water pressure was extremely low, and overall the space just didn’t feel clean or comfortable. I didn’t even shower because the bathroom felt too unsanitary. The place did not feel like “home,” and the lack of cleanliness really affected the stay.」

This place was the PERFECT location for what we needed- we walked to the arena, then later to Comerica park and Ford field, to take tourist-y photos.
