「Was a nice stay. Host was very nice and accommodating.」

「This owner cancelled my stay and I knew nothing about it until my day of arrival from out of state. A couple of emails that morning said that she had sent me a message, but when I clicked on the message link, nothing was there. (I had even received an email from VRBO two days before my arrival, confirming my booking!) I called VRBO, and that's how I found out my stay was cancelled.
