"We had a mix up on checking in and got a room someone was in. Staff corrected quickly and Merlin made it a fun experience to an error. The team could use more front desk help during peak check in times as the wait was 5 deep. "

"The room was clean and very nice. I had King room, it had a couch (pull out i believe), microwave, fridge, and a bathroom with a tub. The pool area was sooo cute. The gym was decent. only a couple machines. small. My only complain would be that the hot tub/spa was disgusting. It appreared to have skin flakes or something and then while relaxing I watched a couple that was exercising, finish their workout with sitting in the hot tub…. I know there is a shower provided but it was kinda sad to see that the result of people not showering after working out is showing up in the hot tub and probably pool. So I did get a little grossed out. But that could just be me. So the hot tube was flaky and not like, hot hot. Room was awesome and the area of the pool and gym was nicely set up. Staff was kind and quick with checking in. Breakfast was good as well. "
