    Located 2 minutes from MSU College Campus it is the perfect location. Also close to many food options. High speed internet & netflix will make you feel right at home. We loved our recent 4 night stay at the “Cotton” house. The house is Modern, Clean, Close to our family and easy access to other desirable destinations. The house is very clean. Surroundings are quiet. Full sized washer and dryer are a nice touch along with filtered water and ice in the efficient kitchen.

Quiet, safe, neighborhood stay.

This almost brand new 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home was a great choice for our stay. The two car garage came in handy for storing our bicycles when we weren’t riding them on the trails. We would definitely book this property for future stays in Mankato.

Perfect location for our trade show at the Mayo Clinic Event Center. House is very clean and very safe neighborhood. Host was great and very attentive. We will be back for sure!

Location, location, location!! And so clean!

Our family traveled to Mankato to drop our son off at MSU Mankato. We were looking for a place that would provide more space than a regular hotel room due to the down time we would have throughout the two days we were in town. This property was perfect! We loved the cleanliness, being so close to campus, and the quiet neighborhood! We will definitely stay here again!

Quite and clean. Perfect Stay

Was a cute and quiet property with modern touches for a weekend away. The property had everything we needed for a 4 day weekend away. House is close to town to do things with being far enough to be quite. We loved the ability to be allowed to park in the garage. The property had comfortable queen beds and enough living room seating for us to relax in. Comfortably fits two couples with the two bedroom option. Downside of the property is both bedrooms are upstairs, but only one bathroom is upstairs and one is downstairs. Property could use more towels than just 4 as well.

This house was perfect for what we needed, to be able to attended family functions but still have our own space. We were able to maintain our routine, keep our own meals, and explore more of Mankato. What I really enjoyed was being able to have a family movie night each night while we were there. Highly recommend this location.

The residence was exactly as pictured on line. Jenna was responsive to our questions and was very accommodating. The neighborhood is very quiet and it was the perfect location to attend activities in New Ulm and Sleepy Eye. Beds were very comfy! Bedrooms are on the upper level of the home so would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. We would definitely stay there again!
