"Parking had to be paid for and was pricey. GPS takes you to one entrance but you have to actually drive around the block to get to the parking lot. Was decent enough, inside staff was amazing."

"Man!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! You would’ve thought I was at the Motel 6!!! That’s where u should’ve stayed!! All them 4-5 star reviews was a lie! It’s an old a$$ hotel! Came to management 3 times about 3 issues and was only there 4 days!! THATS AN ISSUE A DAY! First day when I checked in room was so hot, “maintenance came” to fix it, stayed in my friends room 2-3 hours and came back and room was still hot!! Went downstairs and got a different room. Second day, brushing my teeth and I feel water on my feet, BOOM SINK WAS LEAKING BAD, HAD TO USE ALL MY TOWELS TO SOAK WATER UP! Third day, was showering and water fill that tub completely up and by the next morning water WAS STILL FILLED IN TUBE AS IF I TOOK A BATH. Management didn’t care or try to comp my stay! DO NOT STAY HERE! I should’ve just stayed at the dang motel 6!! Also, please don’t comment on this with b.s. apologies, should’ve gave me my money back!! DONT STAY HERE!"

"Stayed there when it was Bradford House (before Hyatt). There were a few signs of age in the room but it was very clean, and the price, location, and secure covered parking (albeit for $29/night) make it a great choice for those who want to stay in the area of SMU or the Park Cities."

"Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, which was the one positive part of the stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. There is no indoor pool as advertised, and the outdoor pool was cloudy and did not appear well maintained. The bathroom floor in our room had peeling remnants of old tub coating all over it, and the shower/tub combo looked extremely outdated and heavily worn. To make matters worse, there was standing urine and toilet paper left in the toilet upon arrival, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. The room also had an unpleasant odor, the TV remote barely functioned, and the desk chair was completely worn out with peeling leather exposing different colors underneath. My wife ended up leaving the property to stay with family because she was so uncomfortable. I only stayed because the reservation was non-refundable. Overall, this property is in serious need of cleaning, maintenance, and updates."

"I love this hotel. The restaurant isn’t as good as it used to be, which is kind of sad but everything else is great. My room was clean daily by very kind of people. I stay there for a week because I actually had a facelift down in Dallas and it was super embarrassing, and the staff was so nice to me. I got a fractional laser which made me look like an alien for a few days and they still made me feel welcome —thank you for making an embarrassing few days feel comfortable for me."

"Wonderful hotel! The people working there could not be more kind and helpful—especially Lance, bellman, and Bridget at the front desk. Fabulous room, great amenities. Fresh chocolate chip cookies welcomed me in the room (delicious!). The gym even had an indoor track! Wish I got to experience more of the Village. Will def stay here when in Dallas! "
