The host met us at the camp upon arrival/check-in to make sure we knew where everything was and to introduce us to the property. 「We were in town for a family wedding and had a lovely and comfortable stay near the venue, and added bonus that it’s near Rip Van Winkle Gardens. The two cabins were great to accommodate our family and small dogs. They came equipped with everything that you would need while traveling (e.g., great water pressure, A/C, dishwasher, laundry, hair dryer, coffee and coffee maker, etc.). 「We had a great time.Beds were so comfortable. It was clean. Our teens were very entertained with all the outdoor fun stuff like corn hole, hot tub, a fire pit, canoe, ... The kids shot cans with bb guns til the morning hours. We had a blast. We were close to the State park so we went on hikes and saw bald eagles! Great trip.」

「The cabin was great! The host left plenty of snacks, toiletries, and games. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and cookware you could possibly need. (even has a crockpot and a cast iron). They even had pancake mix and syrup ready. The cabin was very clean and organized. There was a nice fire pit area for use by both cabins—we were sad we couldn’t use it because of the burn ban and the rain. I would definitely recommend this place! 」
