amazing vibes the whole time

the place was so clean, tons of different areas to hangout with the friend group. A lot of complimentary things to make the stay more enjoyable, like hot cocoa, coffee, the canoe by the lake and the pancake mix in the fridge!! We highly recommended staying here. the beds were extremely cozy and the rooms were spacious

Great weekend getaway!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time for a short winter weekend. Would love to come back when the weather is warmer to enjoy all the amenities. Property was great, easy to get to, and completely accurate listing. We had a great relaxing stay.

Amazing place

We loved this place. We had a little weekend getaway with family and friends. We had a blast swimming in the lake, fishing, canoeing, and relaxing in the hot tub. The views are gorgeous and the area is very peaceful. The host were super friendly and great with communication!

What an amazing spot! So quiet, beautiful and peaceful, which is what we were looking for. The Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The Fairmount General store in Hemphill had everything we (forgot to bring) needed and the people are SO friendly. We'd come back and stay here for sure!

Beautiful Property with lots of activities to enjoy around. Loved the outdoor bar and decor.

Just wanted to go enjoy the water for a weekend and got more than could’ve hoped for. Easy access for fishing whether off the dock or taking the free boat launch down the road, numerous creeks to go kayaking or walk down.

Great Lake house

Great place for our family of 4. Outside space is fun and great for entertaining. Caught fish right of the dock!! Very clean and very well stocked. Highly recommend.

Really cool place to stay near the water. Renovation they did was nice as well. Great place to relax and forget about every day life. Guests also left us a card and cupcakes for our wedding anniversary which was really nice of them.

So much to do!

We arrived to a clean and inviting property and were pleasantly surprised by the expansive backyard. The hot tub was super relaxing and we enjoyed the fire pit and dock. There’s even a little ropes course thing that was really fun! We played games, completed some puzzles, and made hotdogs. It was truly a perfect stay! We highly recommend this place!

Excellent Place to Stay

My family and a few friends stayed here for my daughter's sweet 16. The place was easy to find, clean, and well stocked. I loved the fact there were so many options for sitting outside. Unfortunately, Tropical Storm Beryl occupied 2 of our days but there were so many other activities to do the teenagers never got bored. The dock was a lot of fun and even with all of the rain we managed to fish everyday.

Amazing Family Getaway

We absolutely loved staying here! The neighborhood is great and is a close proximity to the state park, recreational area, and convenience store. This house is perfect for families with young children as there is so much to keep them entertained. From the dock on the grounds for fishing, to the hammock and kids rope course, to the bookshelf filled with games, they definitely had so much to do. Many memories were made here this week. Amazing Getaway

Photos do this property no justice. Absolute best location for a family getaway. Quiet neighborhood house was fully furnished with necessities anything you needed was provided. We loved the outdoor kitchen and deck to fish from. Kids swam right by the dock and caught several fish. We will be back soon. Thanks for being a great host!

Perfect Getaway!

We absolutely enjoyed this house. Feels like home. Very clean and so peaceful. They have anything you could possibly need. Our lab enjoyed the trip as well. The ONLY thing I would suggest with bringing a pet, make sure your dog isn’t picky. There isn’t much grass for them to use the bathroom and it was a fight every night. No fault to the home owners at all..it’s camping life. Maybe we just have a spoiled pup lol. We will be back!
