"We stayed for a honeymoon (first get away with a one, and two year old) and our first room was looking out at the roof. Nicole moved us to avoid the construction noise and upgraded our room which was so nice. The new room was the balcony right next to (and one floor up) our old room…The construction woke us up 3 mornings at 8:30/9am….when I spoke to the front desk the second time, it was the front desk manager. "Quoted one price one VRBO then when we got our confirmation they let us know they will collect another $48 per night resort fee when we checked in. The place is out dated and not worth the money. We switched after night one to a private condo for less per night that was MUCH better."

10/10 Excellent

"We enjoyed most things about this place. It is an older hotel but fairly well kept up. We had a 3 wheeled chair in the room that hopefully will be replaced before the next guest sits on it. Otherwise no big issues. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The breakfast was basic on two of the days but a buffet on Saturday. We preferred the buffet. The walk out the back was amazing and goes right along the Snake River trail. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again when in the area."
