「This property surprised us in a couple of different positive ways. Number one the property was a bit more spacious than we anticipated. Everything was clean the neighbors were quiet and the location was just about 4 minutes from everything. As a matter of fact we began to joke that from the place we stayed to everywhere we wanted to go was only 4 minutes away.」

「We really loved how central it was located and how easy it was to walk to the Japanese Garden and museums along the river. My family loved the game room, and everything had easy to follow instructions. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My kids loved to watch the train when it would pass by. 「I love the floorplan of this little guest house--it is small, but feels very open and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. I wish I could have tried out the little beach and pond--it looked like a lot of fun. I loved the location. It was close to a small airport, but I was not disturbed by the planes. Occasionally there was a smell of fumes, which may have come from the garage below, I'm not sure, but I was able to open the windows and let in fresh air, which...

「The communication with the property manager (Andrea) was excellent. The location is literally 3 minutes from anything you could want in Idaho Falls. Appliances and amenities are all new and nice. Overall I’m glad I stayed here instead of a hotel.」
