This cozy and spacious one-bedroom private apartment in Southbury is the perfect getaway for anyone visiting Connecticut. Enjoy a peaceful view of the pond, and with Southford Falls State Park just a short walk away, it's an ideal spot for outdoor enthusiasts. The pool table offers a fun way to unwind and enjoy some downtime. Plus, you'll be just steps from The Lodge Bar and Grill, Southford Pizza, Fortune House Chinese Restaurant, and Dunkin' Donuts, making dining options convenient.

The apartment sits on the second floor with a little over 1,000/sqf, its own main private front entrance and an emergency exit on the other side of the apartment that leads to a hallway to the other side of the building.

Easy access to I-84 enables the utmost convenience for the duration of your stay. Also, you'll have easy access to a variety of dining locations including The Lodge Bar and Grill, Southford pizza, Fortune House Chinese Restaurant, and Dunkin Donuts, just steps away. The apartment is a short drive or walk from Southford Falls State Park, which makes this a great location for those interested in hiking and enjoying nature.

Pets are allowed for a fee of $80 per stay and as long as they behave.

The apartment is close to a main road, so the only noise might be from some cars driving by. However, once inside the apartment it's pretty quiet.

The place is so nice and the property owner is very good at communicating and gets back to you so fast and he’s very chill with everything! Overall a great stay and definitely will look for this place again in the future!!
