"We had an absolutely wonderful stay and happily give this property 5 stars! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful. Every question was answered promptly, and it truly felt like Jeff cared about making our stay special.The amenities were stellar — everything we needed (and more) was thoughtfully provided. The location could not have been better. Being so close to the walking path along 30A and convenient public beach access made it easy to enjoy morning walks, bike rides, and effortless beach days.The only minor note is that the interior of the home shows a bit more age than the photos suggest. That said, everything was clean, comfortable, and fully functional, and it did not take away from our overall experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic location and a host who truly goes above and beyond!"

"The room was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. It was very quiet. The surrounding area was beautiful and we loved the coffee bistro located on site. The area where the hotel is located is very quiet and residential. It is such a unique and very special place. I will definately book the next stay in Santa Rosa, FL"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Blue Peach! The house was perfect for our needs and the gas golf cart was an amazing add on to take us to all the local stops. It is very close to the beach but far enough to be quiet. We visited the community pool and it was good and it being heated was a plus! This is one of the more furnished rentals we have stayed at with kitchen supplies and overall amenities. We will definitely be returning!"

"The cottage was like something from a storybook and we enjoyed every minute! It is walking distance to Crackings (best breakfast on 30A), Red Bar, and our favorite beach access. We are already trying to decide when we can come back! "

"Excellent vacation home for a family of 10 adults and 4 children. 6 bedrooms all with full bathroom. 1 bedroom on 1st floor with 2 sets of bunk beds next to garage and back patio. The 5 remaining bedrooms had queen or king beds on 2nd and 3rd floors. KItchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, utensils , ect. We also loved having gas grill on back patio. Ruku TVs in all the rooms. Easy access to beaches in 3 to 5 mile radius. Easy access to grocery, shopping, and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and the family memories that was made. We would highly recommend this property. GPS had us lost and we couldn't find property. If you rent its in Blue Water Landing subdivision."

"The internet did not work our entire stay. The bed was extra comfy though. We did find some bugs that were living in the bathroom. It was walkable to Blue Mountian Beach. The pool was nice, but our key card did not work. "
