「The property staff were very friendly. We walked into our condo and found it very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. The bedrooms were nice size. But our balcony view was stunning. We had a great ocean view from the 4th floor. A nice pool and jacuzzi is there also. We walked down to the main level, and literally walked to the ocean in less than 2 minutes. Parking is on the 1st/main level, under the units so happy that our vehicle had a covered, assigned spot. 「My little getaway was amazing!!! The studio was beautiful, had everything we needed I wasn't expecting a full kitchen with baking utensils as well. We had a blast the view was incredible. I loved the outside setup near the pool as well. Will definitely be booking another getaway real soon!! 」

「I saw Dolphins everyday! This is literally a one bedroom apartment. This particular unit is better if you want privacy vs view but still enjoyed our view very much! Every beach was within 20 min and if you like fishing this is the spot. Pool was very clean and enjoyable with the boats going in and out of the marina/ dock. Hot tub was nice and hot. No front desk to deal with is great too for me. We will come back!!」

「商業化されていないTreasure Island の広大な自然のままの静かなシュガーサンドのビーチの美しさが好きな方には最高のロケーションの一つだと思いました。まるで自宅にいるように、くつろげる室内の雰囲気のコンドミニアム・ホテルで、長期滞在にお勧めです。車がないと買物や移動は面倒なシティだとは思います。メキシコ湾の面しており、バルコニーやリビングルーム、キッチンにいながら、サンセットが見事に見えます。リビングルームが広く、フルキッチンで、自由気ままに静かに過ごせ、落ち着けました。ユニット内に洗濯機、乾燥機、洗剤もあり便利でした。私が泊まったユニットには、ビーチに持って行ける、ビーチパラソルや複数のビーチチェアも備わっていました。High Floor を勧めします。数少ない気になった点は、（でも、人によっては、まったく気にならない点ですが）バスタブが浅めなことと、バスタブの材質くらいかと思いました。フロントの方もいろいろ丁寧に教えて下さり、快適でした。」

「Super location! We came to relax, and this apartment on the beach was everything we needed. Everything was clean, and check-in was a breeze. The pool temperature was perfect. Refrigerator door dispenses ice, the A/C worked great, sitting on the balcony is covered in case of rain. It was great taking chairs to the beach to relax by the shore and collect shells. The location is handy to restaurants. Just 17 minutes to John's Pass Boardwalk. 40 minutes to TPA airport. Highly recommend! 」
