「Easy access to beautiful private beach. 」

「I saw Dolphins everyday! This is literally a one bedroom apartment. This particular unit is better if you want privacy vs view but still enjoyed our view very much! Every beach was within 20 min and if you like fishing this is the spot. Pool was very clean and enjoyable with the boats going in and out of the marina/ dock. Hot tub was nice and hot. No front desk to deal with is great too for me. We will come back!!」

「Was pleasantly surprised. We reserved a 2 bed studio suite with full kitchen. We were given a 2 bedroom suite with balcony overlooking the pool and bay. The suite was spotless, with all kitchen utensils included. Air conditioning was great. We did not eat breakfast, didnt know it was free. The area is off the beaten path, so its not alot of traffic. There was construction on the grounds at times, but it wasnt terrible. Pool area is great.. cover your food, as the birds will try to steal it....

「The staff was welcoming and helpful. Having the washer and dryer in our suite was super helpful. We could not have asked for a better location. We were in walking distance to the beach, a park was right across the street and there were many good restaurants nearby. Our daughter wants to live in the Avalon. 」
