It's winter month's so they are slow but I wish I had of booked through them directly. Either way, it worked out wonderfully. When we arrived check in was pleasantly fast and efficient. Our room was clean, and the way I was anticipating. Anytime we had any questions or needed help the owners were there to help us without question. We felt like this was our home away from home. I would highly recommend, and plan on coming back again at some point during my travels. "
