"Bathroom was dirty. Had to clean it before we used it. Other than that the 3 day stay was great! Traveled for work. Nice and quiet place. Staff was good and friendly. "

"I have been staying at this hotel for 5 years. It has gotten worse every year. Dirty, stains on the carpet, outlets dont work, flashing light in main entrance was flashing in November still flashing in March. Someone elses food frozen in my freezer. Pool and vending machines broken for months. They have run this place into the ground. "

"Our room was clean and updated, all the comforts of home. We were on the third floor and were able to hear road traffic most of the night. The beds were comfortable, however the height of them was not to our liking. After a fun day of sight-seeing we couldn't fall into the bed, had to climb into it. Also made it difficult to "sit" on the bed while watching TV."

"Floors were dirty. It was hair in the bathroom in the shower area. The towels were so small. My dish towels were bigger."

"Fair price, easy access to the village and Buffalo. Inside lights wete motion activated. Very clean living areas."

"There was 4-5 inches of snow on walk entering building, when asked if they were aware of snow build up at entry staff shrugged and apologized. Room was clean, no coffee pot or cups in room. I turned up heat when I arrived around 6pm, took 3 hours for temp to rise 2 degrees. There was no warm/hot water for bathing that evening or following morning."

"It's a beautiful space away from home. Clean, spacious, with beautiful views of the lake. We were even able to go home with clean laundry.The host was lovely! Recommending restaurants, where we could find activities we were interested in, as well as checking to see if we needed anything. "
