"There was 4-5 inches of snow on walk entering building, when asked if they were aware of snow build up at entry staff shrugged and apologized. Room was clean, no coffee pot or cups in room. I turned up heat when I arrived around 6pm, took 3 hours for temp to rise 2 degrees. There was no warm/hot water for bathing that evening or following morning."

"Yes However a pool was advertised but the water was so cold that it was not suitable. During the investigation of hotels with three grand kids involved made for a very disappointing stay."

"This is a very unique hotel and it was actually a fun spot with a great cafe attached. The area was within walking distance to several restaurants but not safe at night. I enjoyed this hotel very much. "
