The place was nice and the space had a unique design. It is an older house with rooms converted into “hotel rooms”. There were thoughtful touches like dimmable lamps, a mini fridge, and a complimentary snack. Check in was easy and there was a small parking lot (first come first serve), but plenty of street parking available too. If you book a room on the first floor, it is loud. You can hear the people walking around upstairs and people coming and going from property. The room we booked also only had access to the bed from one side with the other side being against the wall. If you have a mobility issue, this can be challenging. Otherwise nice stay for a short period of time

I loved this hotel. It's small, quiet and beautiful. The common areas are lovely for hanging out. Our room had a gas fireplace and so we were able to make it nice and cozy despite the cold. The bed was super comfy. The staff were friendly and spoke highly of the owners. The owner communicated directly with me via text. I want to go back to Buffalo, just to stay at this hotel again.
