「We had the most amazing stay at Port Gaverne. From the moment we arrived, the staff worked so incredibly hard and made everything feel special. 「If you're looking to stay in the heart of Port Isaac, this is the place. The rooms are comfortable, the food is tasty, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. Highly recommend. 」

「Do not stay here. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and the owner was incompetent - there was no apparent cause but for around an hour it kept tripping again so eventually I tried (without success) to sleep in my car. The hotel was dirty, no-one was available to help/serve breakfast etc, items such as milk in the kitchen fridge were out of date. It is a very old unmodernised property.」

「An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. We will be back to both establishments in the next few months」

「Excellent venue as a central base for exploring Cornwall. Ambiance, staff hospitality, amenities were all outstanding. Particular shout outs to Ben (Manager), Anna, Kate, Liz, to name but a few but all were superb hosts. We will be back!」
