"The family suite was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 6. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus, and we never felt crowded. The onsite guest laundry worked well, and the staff were super helpful. Beach access was easy via the private boardwalk. Would definitely stay again."

"The rooms are a little outdated. They tried to renovate and missed some areas. Quality control was needed . I was upset with the resort fee and the parking fee .We were on a side of the hotel where the deliveries were made too much noise with the air horns and back up devices."

"The room we got overlooked a wall and air condition vents. There were dirty bathing suits or underwear on the cement ground. The people above us were feeding the sea gulls so there was a lot of noise and food debris. The air condition in the room was not cooling. I spoke to Josh and he was very apologetic and assigned us another room. The breakfast buffet was good and the price very reasonable. We didn't have a beach view from our room, but we were still able to see a beautiful sunset. I really like the fact that quiet time was observed. Beach access was easy and so were the chair and umbrella rental. Staff was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. Other than the first room fiasco, our stay was good and we will be back."
