Great location, beautiful condo
My husband and I enjoyed our stay! Perfect location, literally steps from the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The condo is cute, modern, clean and very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the beach chairs provided; they also have a great supply of beach accessories. The host is very responsive and was extremely accommodating to our situation and we’re thankful for that. We will be booking here again!

GREAT STAY!!!
I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed my stay here. My family and I have been coming and staying at The Tiki many years and always have a great experience, but this was by far our best. The property owners made everything easy and had excellent communication. Definitely coming back next year. Highly recommend!

Great location and condo!
This was a great location and condo. Perfect place for a couple of people of small family. The beach chairs, beach toys and towels were definitely an added bonus. Right on the beach….very close to the pool….what more could you want? 😀 Will definitely watch for this place again for our next trip! 😀

The condo had all cooking pans and appliances needed and it had plenty of towels. It was as listed on VRBO and super clean. They even had beach chairs & small ice chests. Great stay!

Wonder place! Amazing location!
❗🔊❗🔊❗ 🔊HUGE shout out to the owner and cleaning lady of our condo in South Padre..🤦‍♀️. I left a purse with mostly costume jewelry a few expensive pieces and even more very sentimental pieces... not only did the lady rush back to search for it (someone checked, the same day we left) but she mailed it to me the next day she could... The place was also a perfect location to the beach, clean and the rental price was perfect 👌... y'all need a recommendation on a place to stay!? THIS is it! Love that integrity isn't lost in this world!.❤

Perfect location, but needs updating
Pro’s , Owner was very responsive to us. Just a text or phone call away! Condo was in an excellent location. .. Con’s very dated, and not kept up. Decor was old and drabby. Was not clean at all. Beach was closed in front of the Tiki, for the first week that we were there. There was major beach restoration going on with large equipment running 24 hours. I feel that we should have notified of this. After I told owner, I felt that we should have been refunded some of the payment back. We did get back the cleaning fee and 1/2 of a day because we had to check out early , because my daughter broke her leg in two places while playing in the ocean.

Great Condo near the beach. My only suggestion to the property owner would be a full length mirror in the bedroom. The bathroom mirror is kind of high, which made it impossible to see what we had on....but I guess that can be good if you don't want to see yourself in a bathing suit. ;)

Great place to stay, just steps to the beach!
I stayed at the Tiki #133 for a little over a month. First, the reservation process was seamless! Sara was beyond kind and helpful, answering all my questions within a very short period of time. The unit itself was stocked very nicely! They had everything you need to make your stay comfortable. From boogie boards, tackle box, coolers, 5 chairs to take down to the beach and beach towels. The unit was very quiet, I never heard my neighbors once! The kitchen had everything you could ever need, I added a couple copper cups to your kitchen collection of anyone wants a Moscow mule! Beds were a little on the hard side, but that’s just my opinion as I like a little softer bed. My one and only complaint would have to be the very strong musty smell. I know most places down there have a faint smell due to the humidity, but this was pretty over powering. When I returned home, everything I had smelled musty. But again, I may be more sensitive to that then others. Overall, a great stay was had and I would 100% recommended Tike #133!

We had a very pleasant experience with our stay. The property owners were very responsive and gave us all the info we needed. When we asked for additional bedding they were able to get it to us the next day. Very nice location on the beach and within walking distance to many things.

Best Trip Ever!!!
We stayed at the Tiki #133 and had the the best experience. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Plus we were just steps from the beach. The owner responded quickly with any questions we had. I highly recommend staying at this condo, so sad to leave.

Perfect location for a family getaway!
This was the perfect place for us to stay on our family vacation. (Myself, spouse, & 3 year old daughter.) You’re only steps away from the beach! The condo was neat, clean, organized, & came with everything we needed to have a great vacation! I will be booking here again in the future without a doubt!

Great place on the beach.
This is just as described. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is tackel to fish, beach towels, chairs, coolers, and everything for meals preparation. The place was spotless, easy to check in and better yet less than 100 steps and you can have toes in the sand. It was towards the south end of the island so beach was not super crowed but there are a few bars/restaurants next door where you can grab a snack or drink while enjoying the lapping waves. Communication with host was also quick and great. Super pleased with our stay.

September beach getaway
This was our first time using VRBO. Overall the experience was easy and pain free. We enjoyed the condo that we stayed in at the TIKI Condominiums, it's a older complex but in good shape. The unit we stayed in was very clean and nice, updated kitchen, bathroom, nice big TV and only steps from the beach. The grounds were clean and up kept. Check in was easy and painless even with the Covid situation. We would definitely stay here again, especially in the unit we were in, great communication with the owners.

Enjoyed our stay, water and beach were great! We have stayed at other Tiki condos with the same owners as this one. Kitchen is always stocked with everything you need and a few things you didn’t think of. This was our first visit over the weekend, usually stay during the week, and the beach was packed on Saturday. We were out early and secured a nice spot. You can’t go wrong renting from these folks. Thanks!!

We had a great stay at the property. Super close to the beach, couldn’t get any closer unless you were a beach-front facing condo. We utilized the pool and the kids enjoyed that. The condo had everything we needed for lunches and dinners, boogie boards for the beach and slept the 4 of us comfortably.

Nice & comfortable place. Super clean. Highly recommend. Close to beach access so no need for long walks or drives. Beach does get super packed so I suggest going early or in the evening. Overall it was great! We would definitely book again. Thank you!

Relaxing Getaway
Me and my daughter needed to get away after being cooped up in the house for so long. We felt safe and comfortable here. And the beach was so close, an easy 2 minute walk back to the condo if we needed a break from the sun. It was like home away from home. I can definitely see us going back to stay in #133.

We had a great time! Our kids loved the pool and I loved being able to wake up and go walk on the beach. The location was amazing, and will be even more enjoyable when things are opened back up. Weekend Getaway
After six weeks of working from home we needed a break. This place is very nicely furnished with a very short walk to the beach. Office staff very nice. Security helped us find our place after late arrival. Highly recommend this place. We will be back again.

Great Winter Getaway
This condo was perfect and comfortable. My husband and I stayed for three months and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The fully equipped first floor condo was newly renovated and clean. Located just steps away from the heated pool or with easy access to the beach. Chip was very accommodating to all our needs. Looking forward to our return stay. Amazing Beach Access
Couldn’t get better access to the beach! This location is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. The condo was very nice and had all the amenities I think anyone could ever need. The beds are not the most comfortable but were adequate for sleeping. The only way thing this place is missing is a more functional mirror. The only mirror is in the bathroom and it is hung pretty high so isn’t easy to use for anyone that is shorter. A full length mirror would be the only thing I wish would have been in the unit. But overall this place is great and the owners are very quick to resolve any issue you may have during the stay! If I come back to SPI I would definitely stay here again!!
