「Those 2 people did not rent that room to me - after I arrived with a paid confirmed reservation. I believe they were racist as well as greedy for more money than what I paid w my membership. I witnessed them rent the room to other people. Also they were rude and nasty. They deserve a 0.」

「We arrived about 10:30 pm. We choose this motel due to location and high ratings. The ratings were wrong. The room was not clean other than the trash cans were empty. We needed wash cloths and an extra pillow. The staff did not speak English or Spanish. Through gesturing we did finally get what was needed, and the next day a young boy (perhaps 12?) did speak some English and we were able to get the room cleaned.
