"The fireplace in the lobby is irresistible, and the couches and interior decor are modern but cosy (the fireplace was what drew me to pick St Moritz and it didn’t disappoint). Loved the room which was more spacious than expected with a super comfy king bed and large shower. The hotel is very environmentally conscious so don't expect slippers or disposable milk pods (you have to request it from reception). "Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions about what to do and where to eat around Queenstown and it’s within walking distance of pretty much everything. Convenience store located right next door which was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Bed was rather uncomfortable and although we requested for a baby cot, was agreed upon prior and confirmed even at check in, there was done upon check in at about 9pm. We had to wait for a service staff to bring it up much later and she didn't know how to set it up as it was her first time. This was through no fault of hers as housekeeping was supposed to do it. In the end, the cot was also unstable at the sides. Kudos for trying, though! Check in and check out processes were prompt and timely,...
