The location was great and made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in was straightforward. "Great internet, excellent bathroom, nice room...! Staff has been welcoming and helpful. Restaurant at the hotel is also very good, the bar has a lot of happenings, and there is a pool available, with sauna and steam bath. Fitness is also great, so overall it is a great place to stay!"

"The room was clean, comfortable and painted in the newer design, it was a great base for exploring Legoland Windsor. London, Chessington, and Thorpe park are all within an hour also. We live up north and look for hotels in close proximity to Merlin attractions with our passes. At £47 per night with free parking this hotel didn’t disappoint. There’s only a vending machine here (no bar or cafe), however there is ample tea coffee and towels in reception upon request and can order takeout if need be."

"Checkin was straight forward, we had a nice warm welcome from the staff. The reception area was nice and warm, and very well presented. Our room was a family room with a small balcony overlooking the woods. The room was warm, with some supplementary heating if needed. Nicely decorated, with 2 queen doubles, the bed linen was super soft and cosy. We slept very well. The bathroom was clean and had all the things you would expect to find in a bathroom. The dining area was very impressive, you choose to sit in the bar area, conservatory, or the dining room. Very nicely presented , the waiting on staff were very helpful. The evening menu was good and the food was cooked and presented nicely. There was also a children's menu. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of choice. Would have been a 5 star review except for the coffee stains on the wall in the bedroom,and dirty marks on the curtains. ( Attention to detail) Great stay would recommend for anyone visiting Legoland. "

"Friendly staff that couldn’t do enough to accommodate. I stayed while working nightshifts and they would organise to service the room outside of normal hours always checking if I needed towels tea coffee etc. I have stayed multiple times and will definitely stay again "
