「Nice hotel, spacious and comfortable room. I do think they need to get the maintenance guys in though, one of the lifts didn't work and the other was hit and miss. Also I noticed one of the toilets was out of action. Had a problem in the restaurant too. I ended up ordering food twice and getting charged for it twice due to an online ordering error. 「We have stayed here before and it is ideally located for family visits. The staff were excellent and the room was above expectations. Anyone staying here will not be disappointed. One word of warning - if you want to eat dinner here make sure to book well ahead as it gets very busy (not surprisingly)」

We stayed 1 night and had a 2nd night staying onsite at legoland and my husband and I both said we wish we’d stayed here for both nights. The room was very quiet and spacious and the private garden area was lovely. My daughters’ loved meeting all of the animals and collecting the fresh eggs for breakfast in a morning.
