I am extremely grateful and want to give a shoutout to Laura, the receptionist who was accommodating enough for me as I arrived at 11:30 due to lirr delays and other mishaps. I maintained constant communication to her, giving updates, and she was kind enough to sacrifice her night to wait for my arrival. This type of above and beyond service made me whole day. Thank you!
