"I absolutely loved this place! Traveling solo, it perfectly met my needs. Everything was immaculately clean and had everything you’d need, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was convenient parking on-site, and the balcony with a stunning view of the beach was simply amazing. It had everything I needed for a beach getaway."

Blue Zone Bungalow! 150 yards to the beach & close to cafes!

"Our rating is a 5 ALL THE WAY. The instructions for finding the bungalow were specific. The Blue Zone Bungalow is on the 1st floor, so we did not need to walk up and down stairs (59 and 60 year olds). The parking allowed us to see our car from the side window. The check-in instructions were not confusing; very straight forward. The key box was easily accessible and was readily available. Outside were the beach chairs, umbrellas, drying rack, table/chairs and outdoor furniture. Our check-in instructions told us which of the two keys to use to access the bungalow. The only minor concern was the sliding door lock; we would recommend oiling it because there was a "trick" to unlocking it. But once we stepped into The Blue Zone Bungalow, I was taken aback. IT IS SO CUTE!!!! It was clean and stocked with what we needed (Cookware, Paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels and bath towels). The information notebook was great. The wifi worked. The main shower was heaven to use. The two minute walk to the beach was awesome. But most important.....for my Hubby and me, the area was quiet, peaceful and family-friendly. I slept!!! Thank you"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo and the stay was absolutely perfect. When we first walked into the elevator lobby area the decor was beautiful, modern, and colorful. Our unit was awesome. It was just as pictured, the bed was comfortable, and all the provided items were more than sufficient. The view from the kitchen/dining/living rooms was incredible. The pool was just the right size and very warm. The beach access couldn't have been any closer and we were walking distance to the bars, restaurants, and public boat docks. Thank you for a great vacation!"

"there is a small driveway beside the house that can fit up to 2 cars. the rest is street parking. the house faces the main street, sitting on the porch looking at the intercoastal is a little noisy. walking to the beach is a few blocks to beach access, and walking to local restaurants on the side streets is very nice. the house is older but very well maintained and clean. very relaxing inside."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are repeat guests at Mason Cottage, and after staying in several different rentals over the years at Wrightsville Beach, we've found our favorite. We plan to return for many years to come.The cottage is warm, charming, and spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of seven adults. While it isn't ultra-modern, it has everything we need and feels like a true beach home.The best feature is its oceanfront location, especially considering the very reasonable price. It's hard to find a property with this much space and such an unbeatable location at this value.I mentioned this in last year's review, but it's worth repeating: the garage-level bedrooms are clean, comfortable, and have separate exterior entrances. That's something families with young children may want to keep in mind, but our adult children absolutely loved having their own private space.The cottage was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. Wrightsville Sands Realty is always friendly and professional, and a special thank you to Gail, who is wonderful to work with.We're grateful to have found Mason Cottage and are pretty sure it will be our Wrightsville Beach home for years to come."
