「Great place but a little outside of downtown」

「My first time in Dallas, and this was a wonderful place to stay. Communication with Austin was clear and timely. My questions were answered, instructions on how to access the unit were straightforward, and I was always met with kindness. The size of the home, the included amenities, and the location were great. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough to get anywhere you need in a timely manner by car or uber. DT, Deep Elum are within 10 mins. The home was...

「This place is awful. The room they assigned us was a dump—the walls were cracked, the bathrooms were filthy and had no shower curtains, it smelled terrible, the floor was covered in dirt, and the windows had no curtains. It was like being in a garbage dump. They should shut down a place like this.」

「Loved the stay will be back」

「Although the room was small, it was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, noise from the lobby and hallways carried so loudly that it seriously disrupted my sleep. I had to put up with music coming from downstairs and people talking loudly well into the early morning, making it difficult to get any proper rest.

「It was almost perfect. Room is clean, big enough, and good breakfast. But I cannot change the temperature for the air conditioner. Tried many times but didn’t work. It’s maybe controlled from system ??? And if it had swimming poor I would come and stay here often. Still good to stay 4 to 5 stars for me.」
