"Very clean and very helpful staff. Only negative is I was trying to operate the lift and didn’t know that I have to use the key card to use. Staff was there and he could approach me help. He he looking at me and didn’t want to help and he was on the phone ( night staff)"

"Housekeeping staff were good. Room was spacious and comfortable . But very noisy Not recommended for holiday. Train, ambulance continuous noise. Food was pathetic. Breakfast was below average. Very unlike Taj. Staff not great at the restaurant. Being chennai.. expected better South Indian food. It was quite bad on all 4 days of our stay"

"A convenient, quick transit spot since it sits right near the airport and right at the entrance of the city. However, this did not cut my true 5-star. The staff was absolutely wonderful—the team was incredibly warm, attentive, and eager to help with any request. The breakfast was another major highlight, offering a great, expansive spread with plenty of options to choose from. Multi cuisine.. Unfortunately, the property falls short in a few key areas. The rooms, while great views, needed some extra dusting, and some TLC. Families should also note that there are absolutely no amenities for kids other than the pool, needs a play area or something similar to keep children entertained. while the rooftop restaurant offers cool views of the city and passing planes, the space itself is looking tired and definitely needs a facelift to bring it up to premium standards. It’s a decent place to crash if you need to be close to the airport entrance, but it needs a bit more attention to detail to truly earn its luxury rating."
