「A very young, "modern" hotel. Check yourself in via their computer (a bit like self check-out at a supermarket, a member of staff was on hand to help but wasn't there to do it for you - never understand the logic of companies employing a member of staff to just stand and watch when they could be doing the job!). Restaurant was dreadful, we ate here in the evening, in a very loud bar, the food was edible but that's all you could say. Breakfast was a complete bun fight! There were insufficient...

「Cottage was exactly how it was advertised and was great for our family (including one dog) for a long weekend. It was very well appointed and exceptionally clean. We had one very minor issue whilst staying (portable room fan not working - it was the hottest weekend of the year so far!) and contacted Orion Holidays who demonstrated exceptional customer service by responding and remedying within a couple hours. The only negative for the estate is the lack of parking - each property generally...

6. Mill Village 66, Damsel Cottage (P)

Somerford Keynes

「The Cotswold Water Park is our favourite place to spend time with our family and this year we were able to spend the whole week out and about. The family of seven stayed in Damsel Cottage and we, the grandparents had a smaller house, Trout Cottage, just a few houses up the road. No-one had any complaints whatsoever. Everything was perfect including the weather, if a little hot during the day!」

Somerford Keynes

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We've stayed here several times now and keep coming back, which says it all really! The house is always spotlessly clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with stunning views over the lake that we never get tired of. It's in a great location within Lower Mill Estate, making it easy to enjoy everything the estate has to offer. One of the biggest draws for us is the fantastic facilities on the estate – the pools, spa, restaurant and beautiful walks around the lakes all make for a really...

Somerford Keynes

「This was our 7th year at various properties and areas of the Cotswold Water Park. This was the first time we had two houses so we, the grandparents, had Trout Cottage which was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the old TV. At the end of the day after an enjoyable day with the family out on the lake, walking and sitting in the evening sun with a drink at the bar, it would have been good to get back to Trout Cottage to 'crash' and enjoy some...
