The property had good parking which was roomy enough to accommodate a ute which is unusual in Canberra car parks. 「The listing is advertising misleading information in relation to the car space. The listing reads ‘there is one allocated car space in residential garage (garage clearance height 2.2m)’. We could not park on this space and by the looks of it neither could a previous guest. We specifically chose this property not only for the location and bedroom numbers but the fact we could park our 2m high rental van in the space. This was not the case. The stacker for the space is set on the middle setting...
