「The property was clean and comfortable; in a really good location. It was pet friendly. We only had one problem that we didn't know it was up several flights of external stairs until a day before our stay. We had an older person with us who has trouble climbing stairs. But we could have checked ourselves. It was perfect otherwise for our stay.」

「Terrible experience. The hosting property never contacted me with the check-in details (noting it was a apartment block with no reception). I still haven't been able to get in contact with them (over a week since my check-in date). I suggest you avoid booking this accommodation. 」

「The instructions are very poor , finding the car park was almost impossible we were about to give up and find another place to stay. Mark the position of the carpark on the instructions, don’t just say find the park on level 3. Instructions for stove , there are no burners on your stove top they are electric. Change that. 」
