「Although the building itself is a bit dated, it was very clean. The hotel staff were friendly, and I was able to rent a bicycle from the hotel to explore Canberra the next day. Breakfast was served in a style where you select your main dish. I was also really happy to find a coffee maker and T2 tea provided as room amenities. There was some construction work going on in the surrounding area, which required a bit of extra walking, but overall it was a wonderful stay.」

「Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated being able to control the air conditioning myself. Several staff members were friendly, which made a good impression. Some aspects might depend on personal sensitivity — for example, the early morning noise from the garbage collection truck, the ventilation sound from the ground-floor restaurant until around 11:30 p.m., the shower temperature adjustment, an unexpected fire alarm, and the Wi-Fi...

「The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the receptionist was very helpful.」

「Thank you for letting us stay the other day. I was happy to see giraffes from the balcony. As soon as I opened the front door, there were deer and alpacas, which were cute. Everything from dinner to dessert was delicious. The staff were also kind, which we are grateful for as we are not good at English. Touching the rhinos on the morning tour was a good memory.」

「Excellent stay. Everything was fantastic. Thank you.」

「We'd be happy to have stayed there for a week (we had a 3 night stay). The amenities and features of the one bedroom apartment met all needs. The washing machine and condensing dryer just what we needed. The outlook of our 6th floor room was very pleasant, so it may pay if it is important to check when booking what aspect and views a room has. There were some signs of minor wear and tear, but not of any consequence or to detract from the rooms. The touch controlled lighting had our interest,...
