"Housekeeping a bit too anxious to clean room"

"Theatre District location was incredible, and accommodations were wonderful. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Check in staff were friendly and so efficient. Waiting areas, restrooms and coffee shop was pristine and staff was so helpful. Absolutely loved this hotel and it will be our first choice for future NYC travel."

"When we arrived the room assigned us was not cleaned at all from the previous guests. After being transferred to another room, the air conditioning was broken and the rooms were extremely hot. The window was broken and no one came up to fix the issues after being asked numerous times at the front desk. Horrible stay "

"It was a nice hotel with great staff. They cleaned the rooms everyday. They had grab n go breakfast that was gd! It was awesome! "

"Room is very dated! The whole room (not just bathroom) is filled with steam after a shower. Free all day breakfast is a plus but I wouldn't stay here again. "
