"This was the perfect location for our trip. It was close to Time Square, in the theatre district, and near a lot of great restaurants. The hotel had everything we needed and it was clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and always willing to answer a question or give you a recommendation. Will definitely be back!"

"I’m really glad I chose ROW NYC for my trip to New York! The location was very convenient, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and polite, which made the overall experience very pleasant. The property is a bit older, so the bathroom had some older fixtures and features, but the wonderful service more than made up for it. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. I also completely forgot that my package included breakfast, otherwise I would have loved to comment on the quality of the food as well! Overall, a wonderful stay and a great experience."
