"Voco is my favorite stay of all time. The staff was on a whole different level compared to every place I’ve ever been to. They were very friendly, open, helpful, and all smiles (and not in a fake way). They give great recommendations and even help with personal drivers if you plan to go to Hoi An or Ba Na Hills (around 1 hour drive from the hotel). Right across the street is the beach and plenty of options to eat. Henry and Tyler were great help and texted me whenever I had questions or needed help, even on their days off. I can’t say I had any issues or complaints about my stay. My favorite part was hearing the Banh Bao guy who roams around every day late at night. "

"the room was clean, bright and airy. super comfortable bedding. great ac. amazing view. didn’t notice the traffic noise. it is a little further away from everything although there is a convenience store next door, very convenient. i loved the automatic/built in bidet. afternoon tea was very good. they did call my room every morning for breakfast, although didn’t utilize. only drawback, the bathroom was very dark, especially over the shower area. the shower area was also very small "

"This location was just what I needed. I enjoyed the serenity of watching and hearing the waves daily while I meditated. The staff were great especially Jenny. It was clear she loved what she does and it showed in her interaction with the customers. Thanks to Marry the masseuse who gave the best massage. This was by far the most relaxing vacation.
