「Always a good place to stay. Parking was difficult as I had to park some distance away and carry luggage due to many vehicles parked and some area in front of the rooms taken by stacked pallets from there. I am older」

「Extremely disappointing, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was exceptionally small, and the bathroom was in an appalling condition, appearing poorly cleaned and maintained. We were allocated a room on the third floor with no lift, meaning we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs after 11pm when arrived extremely tired from a long flight from the UK. 「I didnt like not having a parking spot when i arrived late at night , then parked in the street then worried about my expensive staff in my car so i brought it back in the carpark but i could only park in the disabled .」

「This place is a funny mix of nice and not. It's an old motel. The gardens are lovely. The pool is nice but not heated (had a swim but it was freezing on a hot day). The gym area is spacious but doesn't have any treadmills or rowing machines. The room was large and mostly clean and updated but feels dated. The tiled area at the entrance was dirty. 「Good sized room, easy parking and clean. Good value for money.」

「便利！」

「Wifiが全くつながらなかった。 食事のデリバリーも可能でホテルの周辺にもテイクアウトのお店があってよかった。駐車エリアはたくさんあるが、大きい車にとってはスペースが少し狭かった。」

「Fantastic place to stay. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.」

「とてもセキュリティが行き届き、過ごし安い、良いホテルでした。 また、妻とこれたら、来ます！」

「The negative - had to fiddle with the float in the toilet cistern to get it working! Positives - friendly staff/towels changed daily/great location for what we required. This was our second visit (both times to attend a funeral). Would definitely return - but hope it is not in the short term (ie another funeral!)」

「friendly staff great location - walking distance to beach and shops easy secure parking」

「あいにくオーシャンビューの部屋は取れず、ツインとしては小さめの部屋でしたが、清潔で整っていました。チェックイン等、対応は良かったです。隣接するRSLでの朝食付きでした。」

「It was clean and had what I needed, bed shower」

「Nice and best location in Umina, near 4 mins walk to the beach. Shops within reach and helpful staff. Thanks for the complimentary drinks」
